What are the minimum and maximum amounts I can borrow?

There are no upper loan limits. The minimum loan amount is $100,000 USD.

What are your interest rates?

Our interest rates are 8.25% and up for a 30-year fixed loan, with as little as 20% down payment.

I am a Canadian citizen. Can I get a loan from you?

Yes! We have money for Canadian, US and Mexican citizens.

Do you have construction loans?

Yes, we have Construction to Permanent financing available. We can finance the land and the construction at one time, providing 60% loan-to-value on the land and 100% of the construction financing.

What if I have a bad credit score?

Full Income documentation loans require good credit (a FICO credit score of 620 or above). Less documentation requires higher credit scores. Foreign nationals without FICO scores will require background checks, bank statements and seasoned money in the bank. Ask us for details.

What are the basic requirements to be considered for a mortgage in Mexico?

The borrower must be able to show an income for at least the past two years, or have verifiable income and sufficient bank deposits. There are, of course, many other requirements but this is the very basic starting point.

Is there a pre-payment penalty?

No prepayment penalties.

What are the length and types of loans you have available?

We are offering only 30-year fixed loans at this time.

How long does it take to do the paperwork for a loan in Mexico?

You should count on at least 60 to 90 days to complete the loan and receive the money from the date of a completed application. We can provide you with text to include in a sales contract that will protect you in case you are not approved for a loan.
